Mission to Inspire Young People

Inspire the next generation of Designers, Inventors, and Scientists at The STEAM Project. At our year-round youth Makerspace and summer camps, we help kids learn new skills in the areas of robotics, woodworking, electronics, engineering, 3D printing, fashion design, digital art, and more.

Our Core Values

Growth Mindset

We believe that everyone always has room to improve and it is important to have a positive attitude when it comes to learning.

Patience

Everyone learns at a different pace. Patience is important in our staff, especially when they work with kids while they learn new things for the first time.

Diversity

We believe that diversity makes teams stronger and more creative. Our teams are highly diverse, with a majority of our staff being women and/or people of colour.

Curiosity

We encourage our staff and campers to stay curious about the world around them by learning new things and thinking outside the box.
