Beyond the Playing Field: Building Real Outdoor Leadership
Our guided nature walks give campers a unique chance to explore local outdoor spaces, build physical confidence, and recharge in nature. These hands-on explorations encourage curiosity, deep teamwork, and a meaningful connection to the environment, making our nature walks an essential and active part of the Sports Adventure experience at The STEAM Project.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can I add or make changes to my registration after I have already registered?
- Changing or adding session dates: Sessions may be moved within Summer 2026 at no extra cost as long as there is space available. Extending your child(ren)’s number of weeks at camp (example: extending from 2 to 4 weeks) will be subject to availability and will incur the fees that are in effect at the time of change.

- Shortening sessions: Shortening your child(ren)’s enrolment dates (example: shortening your sessions from 3 sessions to 2 sessions) after payment has been made in full will result in a credit for the unattended sessions that can be used for the following camp season. Credits do NOT apply to full cancellations.Â

- Adding meal plans: Kid’s Kitchen meal plans can be added up to a week before the camp session begins.

Do the facilities have air conditioning?
Yes! Each of our camp locations have air-conditioning in the indoor areas.
What happens if it rains or gets too hot?
Extreme heat or rainy days will never ruin the fun! Century Private School features fully air-conditioned indoor facilities and expansive interior spaces. If inclement weather hits, we smoothly transition our sports and active games indoors so campers stay safe, cool, and fully engaged.
What is the cancellation policy?

Summer Camp 2026 Cancellation Policy
We hire staff, secure rentals, and purchase materials months before camp begins, and as the start of camp approaches, it becomes more difficult to adjust for cancellations. Incremental fees account for the increasing impact of late cancellations on our ability to manage costs and deliver quality programs.
There will be no refund for days missed during a camp session for any reason. In the unusual circumstance where a camper’s conduct results in their dismissal from camp, no credit or refund will be provided for missed days and/or sessions.
Cancellations before the camp season: refer to our Cancellation Fee Guide below.
Adding Sessions: Space permitting, sessions can be added at the fee in effect at the time of the addition.
Changing Sessions: Space permitting, sessions may be swapped at any time. If changing to a longer or shorter session (e.g. 9-day to 10-day), the difference in registration fees will be charged or a credit applied accordingly. Credits must be used before the end of the following camp season (next summer).
Additional Notes: Registrations and fees are not transferable outside the immediate family. The STEAM Project reserves the right to change or update our policies and/or programs at any time.

| May 1 – June 26, 2026 | No Refund. A charge of $250/session will be applied and a credit for the balance will be provided and must be used for STEAM or Sports Adventure Camp the following summer. The credit will be calculated based on the applicable session discounts at the time of the registration. |

Cancellation of Additional Services:
- Meal Plans are refundable if cancelled at least one week prior to the start of a session.
- Extended Care is refundable if cancelled at least two weeks prior to the start of a session.
