In the 20 years prior to his work with at-risk youth alongside The York Centre from 2007-2010, Jay spent his summers working with Camp Manitou as head of staff/director, program designer, and counselor. He has also produced curriculum for The Learning Partnership, CAPHERD, and Right To Play.
