BIRTHDAY PARTY FAQs

Birthday Party FAQs

What is your cancellation policy?

  • There is a 100% refund up to 30 days prior to the party.

What does the host of the party need to supply?

  • The STEAM Project has everything we need for your child to have the perfect birthday party. All that we ask is that you supply the food and drink that your guests may want.

What if more kids than I initially paid for show up on the day of the party?

  • We ask that you have a final number approximately 5 days before the party date, however we do understand if there is an additional child or two that show up. In this case any extra children can be paid for at the end of the party.

Do the kids get to keep what they build?

  • Of course! We do offer a few options where the children bring home what they have built as souvenirs. Please contact us for more details.

Are we required to supervise the children during the activity?

  • Supervision and safety of the children is important to us. Although we have several staff monitoring the party, we ask that the guardian(s) of the birthday child remain at the facility for the duration of the party.

Is the facility nut free?

  • Our location is a nut-free facility, however we cannot guarantee allergy considerations. To minimize risk, please let us know if this is of concern so we can ensure the safest environment for the children.

Please contact us by email with any additional questions.
